During your financial consultation, our advisor can discuss typical treatment charges and review your insurance coverage, as well as explain how the treatment is paid. Many insurance companies will pay for diagnostic fertility procedures and lab work. Financing is also available. Please contact our office for further information.
Other information provided during your financial consultation includes discussing various treatment discounts and options such as: reduced global IVF package purchases, income-based discounts, military discounts, multiple cycle discounts, and our shared risk program named ATTAIN which is sponsored by Integramed. This program relies on our excellent pregnancy statistics and portrays how we are committed to helping you achieve a pregnancy. You must meet all inclusion and exclusion criteria to participate in this program.

Guideline Costs (Note: These prices do not account for possible additional discounts such as multiple cycle discounts and access discounts)
Initial Consult: During the initial consult, a comprehensive history will be taken, focusing on fertility. A transvaginal ultrasound will also be done to evaluate the uterus and ovaries. Many insurance companies pay for the initial consultation. Generally, the cost of a new patient appointment is approximately $230. The cost of a new patient phone consult is approximately $170. Typically, insurance companies do not cover phone consultations.
Follow-up Consultations: Follow-up consultations or return visit consultations typically cost $80-$172. Some insurance companies will pay for this visit. Follow-up consultations following an unsuccessful invitro fertilization cycle (IVF) or frozen embryo transfer cycle (FET) are free of charge.
Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation (COH) Cycles +/- Intrauterine Insemination (IUI): Controlled ovarian hyperstimulation cycle costs vary greatly depending on the amount of fertility medication used and the number of ultrasounds performed during a cycle. Typical price range for a COH cycle cost is $400-$800 per cycle. If a sperm preparation and insemination are also performed, typical price range for a COH/IUI cycle is $800-$1200 per cycle.

Take the financial risk out of trying. IVF can take several attempts before a successful outcome is realized. You may wonder how you can pay for multiple attempts, or how you can preserve your resources for other options such as adoption if you are not successful with IVF treatment. Integramed(r) has two solutions to help you do just that--the Attain(tm) IVF Refund Program and the Attain IVF Multi-Cycle Plan. The IVF Refund Program offers refunds of up to 70% of the fee paid to Integramed.

The reality is that approximately 60% of patients under 35 years of age will need multiple cycles before achieving success--more age age increases. Patients who commit to more than one cycle increase their chance of success. The Attain IVF programs allow patients to pay a fixed, discounted fee for multiple chances at success. Our programs are intended to reduce the financial stress inherent in the IVF process and allow patients to concentrate on treatment. Attain IVF participants have a dedicated customer care group that can provide them with financial options, assist them in obtaining financing and help them through the entire process.
